Club World Championship: Liverpool 0 - 1 Sao Paulo

What a time to end their run of clean sheets. Although maybe it's better now than their next game on Boxing Day, when St. Michael of Owen returns to Anfield.

I haven't seen the match, but based on the post-game reports, it sounds like Liverpool should have won -- and would have, if not for some dodgy refereeing decisions. It's funny, though, because if this were Manchester United, I'd be all pissed off -- either at the players or the officials, or both -- whereas with Liverpool I'm just kind of sad. (And wanting to pat pouty Steven Gerrard on the head.)
